I’m debating wether to go to the gym before my shift as work, or I should ease myself back into workouts with a nice long walk in this ‘winter-heat’….

Guys, instead of going to the gym and lifting weights I’ve decided to cancel my membership for now and get into BodyRocking, ZWOW’ing, running and yoga cause those are the things that started my healthy lifestyle and hopefully they’ll get me back on track.

I didn’t go for my workout today and now I feel really bad. I’ve lagged so much with my workout and my diet lately.
I don’t workout anymore, I eat the crappiest things and I don’t eat during the day anymore and binge when I get home. I’m feeling sorry for myself for getting so far in terms of health and fitness and now I’ve fallen so low.
I can sense that I’m getting back into bad habits and I hate it. I’m trying to sto pit and get back on track but I’m not in the mindset anymore.
This is terrible and horrible and disgusting to me, but it’s the truth.
I got some real body hate going right now and it’s disgusting.
I’m debating cancelling my gym membership…. /:
